I live in another state so working with Steve was a pleasure. He was even more organized then myself, he created an online album so I could view before/after pics of his work which was very helpful with me being in another state. Steve is very prompt with his work which was very important because time was a big issue. Thank you Steve!

Steve Sheetz...painter, builder, contractor, designer, remodeler, handyman, etc. I have so much respect and admiration for this great guy! He has totally transformed my great room and kitchen into such beautiful rooms! Initially I just wanted all the dated oak painted over. But then I was looking on Pinterest and saw a great room that wow’d me; specifically the fireplace with shelves and cabinets on each side. I really just sent Steve the picture to show him the nice brown paint color I had in mind. To my pleasant surprise he told me he could build my fireplace area to look just like the picture. He sketched out the design and immediately got to work. Doesn’t it look amazing?!!! Then last month, knowing how talented of a builder he is, I asked if he could remove the desk area in my kitchen and put a pantry there instead. Of course Steve could do it!! How he was able to build my pantry to exactly match my other cabinets left me in awe! You can’t even tell that the pantry hasn’t always been there! Not only is Steve a talented builder, the paint job in my great room and kitchen is impeccable! He even added me some upper and under cabinet lights which makes my kitchen look even more beautiful. Oh, and when I asked Steve to add the replacement of my powder room countertop, sink, faucet...and to paint the vanity, he was more than willing to help me with that too! Next, he is going to update my hardwood flooring. Steve wants to make my home more beautiful just as much as I want to! He loves to make his customers happy! Steve Sheetz is a very hard worker...was at my house by 8:30 every morning and worked all day. He’s dependable, very reasonable, detail-oriented, and honest (you can trust him in your home when you’re not there). He even advised me on paint colors, which I always have a difficult time picking smh. Every step of the project, Steve kept me well informed of what he was doing, making sure I was pleased and making changes if I wished. He took before and after pictures and kept an updated cost spreadsheet that I could access anytime. I love that kind of transparency! Trust me, Steve Sheetz is your guy! To be fair, I almost always have to SEE the project before I can make any pricing quote at all That way I completely understand what you're looking to have done and am able to collaborate with you on everything entailed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I want to help you with your home. Regardless of the size, cost, location, etc...it's YOUR HOME and I have one as well and to be able to help someone in this capacity is very rewarding for me. I so enjoy the "WOW" when it's done and that means the most! Therefore, I'm first going to want to meet with you and truly understand what you're wanting to do. That way I can listen, help collaborate and help then formulate options that best fits your budget so that you're end result is amazing ! I'm a fan of technology and I use Google Photos so that you'll have your own personal Album created every step of the way that shows progress from beginning to end. I'll then utilize Google Sheets so that you'll have a 100% accurate quote that is line item and highly detailed (nothing hidden!) Remember, it's YOUR home and I'm honored to help you make it even better!
