I was amazed at how painlessly and quickly each room of my house was decluttered, with minimal assistance from me, and the enjoyment and peace of mind I felt afterwards! As I was recovering from surgery, one day a week Joan came to my home and quickly assessed what needed to be done, and did all the work (except for having me sit in a chair and go through some boxes to see what I wanted to save). Each day a room got completed, and I enjoyed talking with Joan as she worked. She loaded up boxes to take to Value Village and to the dump in her SUV, and what a relief to have canned goods past the shelf date & clothes that are out of style and don’t fit, out of my house so there is room for the things I use and like, that have a clearly defined place to be! She has a very good eye for what paintings look best on my walls and at what height. Now I can park in my garage, and in the spare bedroom have both a bed and a clutter-free office! It was time and money well spent!

I had trust issues when I decided to hire an organizer because I have been stolen from before. I totally trust Joan in my house. She has a great warm personality and doesn't make you feel embarrassed about your mess at all. She really helps with motivation and has great work ethic and great ideas of not only de-cluttering but organizing things in a way so that everything has a place. This way, keeping up with being organized is much easier. She helps the whole time and works hard. She also helped me reorganize my space so that it feels much more open and inviting. I am amazed at what we have accomplished so far. I really wanted to move before she came to my rescue. I ruminated about how much I disliked my apartment. I just wanted to start fresh. I don't feel that way anymore. I am more comfortable in my house and don't always have this nagging feeling that my house is gross. I have even started redecorating. I bought curtains and a new bed set which I hadn't done in the 4 years that I've lived here. It has even helped my depression and anxiety. She has come over about 4 times now and I will continue working with her until everything is organized. It is sooooo worth the time and money!!!!!!! I think I will even miss her when we are all done. I totally recommend her.
