FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All installation work for Man of Tile falls under a pricing sheet that, depending on the service, is based on either the square foot/yard or by the hour for repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, once contacted, and after a review of services that are required, a contract is then established, and initial payments are made. Man of Tile will then suggest several places to go in order to find the style of final product they are looking for. After that, the representative is to offer their services in setting up a time to meet the customer at the established store of their choice to assist in picking out and giving advice for the products the customer shows interest in. After this, any additional costs that may be relevant in the product being installed are discussed with the customer so that all avenues of total payments in the job to be preformed have been established. There after, the days and times are set up for demo/install and the final time line is established for completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing Ceramic, Porcelain, and Stone tile for over 14 years and have 4 years experience in granite/marble slab installations and repairs. In addition, I have now almost 1 year experience as a pre-finished wood floor installer plus almost 1 year in professional interior painting.
