Christian The Computer Guy, You just ROCK! My laptop was running slow for the past month, so I wasn't surprised when it just died on me. I called Christian. He called back immediately!!! I like the fact he's mobile and will come to your Home (A lot of other people are not like that) it makes it easy and convenience for me. (2 thumbs up)!!!! He arrived at my place later that day. Looked at the laptop. Took it home and Analyze it. Next morning he called saying he was able to resuscitate it...save all my data, replace it and was able to remove all the viruses that I had in my laptop.. This laptop works wonderful! I was working on a project and my computer crashed, I needed someone to help me recover my files ASAP. I went to Best Buy and I was quoted a lot of money. I contacted "The Computer Guy" and I was impressed, he was courteous and understood the urgency, he came to my place and got my files recovered in less than an hour. Amazing and affordable service for computers, laptops or for any personal & business IT services. My Toshiba laptop caught a nasty virus after I mistakenly opened an unsolicited email. After speaking with Christian, he informed me that my laptop required optimization and virus removal. I truly appreciated that he took the time to make sure my questions were answered and every problem addressed. He was also very good at answering my calls immediately or as soon as possible within a few hours. He has always gone above and beyond expectations to solve all of my IT problems. Prices are negotiable depending on city location and how big the project is.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is my biggest strength. I love meeting new people and I really enjoy building new relationships with new customer. I usually go to my customers house or we meet at a local coffee shop to meet and greet one another. Once that bond of trust has been built, we can move forward if you wish to do so. My prices are reasonable and very competitive, nonetheless it comes with an outstanding computer service repair with a smile.
