- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system. If you find a company that offers you a price before they know what you need moved you should be very cautious moving forward with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin to work with a new customer, we establish what their needs are and then proceed with an estimate. The estimate can either be over the phone or in person. We estimate your total based on your list, not the weight of your load, so we are able to guarantee your price. We are a full service provider, so we can handle everything from packing for you to moving your things clear across our beautiful country and deliver it back to you.. all without you needing to lift a box. If you choose to pack yourself, that's okay with us! We will inventory your entire list and make sure that everything that makes it on the truck makes it back to you, safe and sound.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is able to handle any type of home move — whether it's an entire home or just an upright piano. We offer a flexible schedule to meet your needs and are available on evenings and weekends. All of our movers are fully trained, licensed, insured and uniformed.
