If you are in need of selling or finding a residential property Ron Beeson is the man for the job! We were in need of selling a rental property and Ron helped us sell it faster and for more money than we anticipated it would sell for. I highly recommend doing business with him!

Ron came to give us some suggestions on how to fix up our house to sell, which was fine. The thing that was really frustrating was that he told us we should have AC installed (also fine) and he gave us the information of a guy named Keith. We called Keith, who came to our house, and gave us a quote. We paid him the $1000 deposit that he asked for. Well, it’s been about a month and we haven’t seen or heard from Keith since. He has blocked our phone numbers. Took our money and ran. This is why I’m giving a poor review, because we got such a terrible referral from Ron. I’m not sure if this is some type of scam setup that they work together?
