Very disappointed, did the bare minimum. Charged me extra for things I didn't know about, asked her if she dusted the blind and she told me yes but clearly she didn't, still stuff around the toilet and complained about the cat. I am sorry you feel that way. My original price was based on the description you had put of it being a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom house. When I got to the house, it was actually 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms so before I got started I told you there would be a price increase for the room differences. Sorry! I couldn’t charge the same price for more rooms. As I was cleaning there were spots that had pet urine, I did charge you $20 more for that considering it would take me longer to clean the floors. As far as the blinds, I did dust them like I had told you I would do, but there is pet hair stuck on them which would require the blinds to be hand washed. Dusting would not take those off, and hand washing is an extra charge. I’m sorry you feel I did the bare minimum, I worked hard for quite a few hours getting your house as clean as possible and I increased the price $70 for the extra bedrooms and bathrooms I wasn’t aware of initially.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We price according to the services needed (deep cleaning, move out cleaning, standard cleaning, office cleaning, etc), We also take into consideration how many times the cleaning will be done (one time only vs by-weekly), and square footage + amount of rooms to be cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We set up a time to see the project and talk about the specifics needs that the customer has. After that, we can set up a time to do the cleaning, I'm very flexible with hours and days that I can do your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I took a safety OSHA class to work with different chemicals.
