- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is unique. Usually the first session is a bit more detailed but then once we have our plan the price is reduced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you will fill out an intake questionnaire as a starting point. It will include questions about your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, goals, recurring issues and other personal information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been coaching others for over 35 years. People seem to confide in me and come to me for solutions or just another sound perspective. My early background in customer service and then Real Estate was a great training ground for understanding, communicating & dealing with all types of people. On the job training with LoveWorks ministry helped me gain many new skills in dealing with people in crisis. I have since become a certified Health Coach through Villanova University as well as Licensed CNA. I also use Financial Peace University for money and debt management.
