- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are a buyer, my services will cost you nothing! In the state of Florida, the sellers pay commissions to Realtors. If you are a seller, please contact me to discuss my rates and to learn about all of the benefits of working with an experienced professional. I offer many perks, like professional photographs of your home, staging if needed, open houses, many forms of advertising, and a comprehensive market analysis to determine realistic price for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Information gathering. I prefer meeting my clients in person and performing a consultation. However, I do understand that people are busy, so am happy to have a phone conversation to determine the next step. 2. Pre-approval process (if buying). I work with many different lenders who all offer different programs. I line up my clients with the lender that I believe will match their specific lending needs. 3. For sellers, I will put together a Comprehensive Market Analysis and visit your home for an assessment.
