- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always clear and upfront. We provide accurate estimates and stand by them. We also show thanks and appreciation to those members of our community who deserve it the most by offering a 10% discount to military (active duty and veterans), first responders (fire, law enforcement and EMT) and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will listen carefully to our customer's needs and treat their garage door issue as if it was our friend or family member's garage. We will never charge if the issue is not resolved and warantee all work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the garage repair industry for many years. When the garage repair company I was working for changed management and started requiring up selling and minimum repair charges, I decided to do the ethical thing and walk away to start my own company with my good friend. Together we vowed to build a business founded on trust, value for our customers and quality work. We have years of experience in the garage door industry as well as education and training in business management and engineering.
