- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide my customers with standing promotions for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly services, & referrals. For example, every five referrals you get a 50% Off your next cleaning service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, meeting them, I love to talk to our customers. I will give you a call and see whatever you want to be done, if you have any main concern or any other request. Get your information and make a convenient schedule for you as well. I am sure that you will love the quality of my work as I am not satisfied until you are. Finally, make them feel comfortable and let them know that their house is in good hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years experience as a House cleaner, 2 years as a housekeeper in hotels and 1 year as front desk clerk.
