- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $140hr (2 hour minimum) which includes 2 movers and a truck. There are no mileage fees or gas surcharges. $140hr from start to finish. We take pride in offering pricing that is upfront and easy to understand. Customers often complain about the low hourly rates they find not knowing that there are additional fees that are not mentioned until after the fact. We do not bait and switch here at dolphin moving and logistics xpress.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with new customers start by asking for either an inventory list or pictures of there items to ensure accurate pricing. We will also request the pick up and drop off address. Based on the information collected, we will offer a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of dolphin moving logistics has a degree in business administration and finance and a long history of customer service. Our team is composed of movers who joined our team after working years for larger moving companies. Their years of experience is shown in the work quality they provide.
