Easy to make an appointment, and communication was good. Dave was on time, pleasant and diagnosed our problem relatively quickly. Also took the opportunity to have dryer vent cleaned. Very pleased with the thoroughness of the service call, and will use this company again.

Dave the technician was professional and definitely knew his stuff.
Throughout the whole process gave detailed information to me so l knew what could be wrong and the cost to fix. I felt comfortable in knowing if it couldn't be fixed without spending a lot of money, he would have told me.

We try to stock as many parts as possible, or as much as a service truck can hold, but there are so many models and manufacturers and millions of parts, it is impossible to have every part available. Once we identify a trend in a failed part we will carry as truck stock. We order parts the same day and usually receive the parts within 24- 48 hours. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
