I have 15 years in the food service industry both in cooking and event management.
Attention to detail is my middle name. I have planned everything from intimate 7course wine pairing dinners to 80person crawfish boil, to 100 person corporate dining experiences and all in between.
Since I am starting out on my own, I can work on your time lines, and with specific budgets.
I have experience in menu building, pairings, rental and venue procurement, event design and esthetic and floral design. I have day of coordination for weddings as well. I have many local vendor connections to provide the best experience for my clients.
