Great communication, but poor quality video. I asked for a 5 minute movie trailer. I received side by side video clips with no movement or various angles, no voice over, no music. Nothing about it resembled a movie trailer. Then I received a second edit which was worse than the first, cut down to 4 minutes with scenes from the video shoot eliminated. Not remotely close to the project I requested. Not suitable for my needs, and possible costing me a huge opportunity for a movie deal with Lionsgate. These people are NOT qualified if you are looking for a professional looking video.
