- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Omega Cleaning Company we seek to make the cleaning experience enjoyable and affordable while same time maintaining the top of the notch quality that sets us apart from other cleaning services. We don't do blanket pricing. In our experience some jobs would seem, from their size, to be hard, but at a closer look they wouldn't require much time, products or human effort to clean. We once had a 2 bedroom, I bath home to clean in Blue Springs. The whole team swore it would take us at most an hour and a half to clean. It lasted five hours! We treat each assignment as unique; we will price you depending on your particular need. Let us come visit with you for a free estimate. We want to know where you wanna be, and we will walk there with you. After all no one knows your home or office better than you do!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, we usually prefer to visit with the client, so as to better understand and assess their need. We understand that the space a client calls home or office is very personal to them, it is a part of who they are, their personality; and no two homes or offices are the same; even if they have similarities. That is why we treat each as unique. That is why we love to visit and have a feel of the particular needs of each client. During this visit we go over the details: the areas to clean, where to pay particular attention, pricing and cleaning schedule. When those are taken care of, we can discuss the cleaning process, equipment and products, after which we are ready to go. I hope you get to experience the OMEGA WAY!
