Bethany made dealing with frustrating GI issues easier. She continued to stick with me and try a variety of things until we found what worked for me! I’m feeling so much better and she still continues to work with me to ensure I will continue to feel better. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her suggestions are simple to implement, not overwhelming. She is also very positive and encouraging and I feel like she truly cares about her clients!

Bethany was very knowledge and extremely helpful in her recommendations, even beyond what she had planned for the IBS and Chronic Inflammation Workshop. She provided great resources at the workshop and well as resources and samples to take home. I love learning from Bethany and her wealth and variety of nutrition knowledge!

    My business is relationship based, so I spend a lot of time getting to know my customers and making recommendations that fit their lifestyle.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Masters Degree in Food & Nutrition from Bowling Green State University and Bachelors Degree in Dietetics from University of Central Missouri. I have done cooking demos around the city and appeared on local news stations teaching healthy recipes and cooking.
