- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is hourly and it depends on the topic and depth of tutoring needed. My pricing can range anywhere from $30/hr to $55/hr, depending on the content.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what specific subject areas are needed for help. Once we find a topic, I will ask more extensive questions to see what exact topic or basic skills that need to be remediated. We can also determine what location would be best for tutoring, i.e., at a library, coffee shop, or over the phone/internet. I will always meet in a public place and parents/guardians/friend are always welcome to attend as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a current teaching certification in the state of Florida in multiple subject areas. These areas include Mathematics 6-12, Business Education 6-12, English 6-12, Social Science 6-12, and Elementary Education K-6. I am also a Certified Mentor with Orange County Public Schools and have been a private tutor for over 8 years.
