Chris was very informative about what needed to be done in terms of repairs in the room I hired him to do. He was able to explain what needed to be done to repair, and what caused the damages. He provided options when possible and advised accordingly. Chris and his crew were always very professional, courteous, and clean. It was important to me to have the work being kept clean and not interfere with other household areas. I didn't even need to say anything, as the work area was always picked up at the end of each day before I came home. Chris communicated with me daily to keep me up-to-date on the progress and any hiccups that might have occurred. Crew was always prompt in coming and going.
