- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are not standard because they change based on age, class, and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with the parent, to determine what their child is struggling with. From there, we will decide the number of hours the student needs per week. At that point, we just need to schedule the initial session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous coaching certificates. I am a certified tutor. I have always had exceptional grades.
