- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone conversation to determine needs, goals, timing, and schedules. When I arrive at your home or office, we tour the areas needing attention, prioritize where to start, and together we dive in. I can work alone but I prefer to work side-by-side with my clients to understand how they think and function in their space. Together we make decisions along the way that make sense to you. The goal is to inspire you to live and work in empowering spaces.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The short answer is that I was born with these talents and I'm grateful every day to have such a keen perception of our environments. In 1992 I started as a Professional Organizer and also learned Visual Coordinating—arranging your existing belongings to compliment your lifestyle and architecture. In 1995, I studied Feng Shui—the ancient Chinese Art of Placement, in Los Angeles and taught classes in South Florida for several years. During this time, I also added home staging and senior relocations to my repertoire. I became a Realtor® in 2001 and hold the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
