The Mind Gardener, Deborah Welch, is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Master Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Her undergraduate work was completed in 1998 in Human Development. Her graduate coursework was completed in Education (teaching credential) in 2000. She attended California Polytechnic University and graduated from California Baptist University

My sessions with Deborah were extremely helpful. She helped me understand my life situation in a way that is empowering and encouraging. I feel relieved to be so understood and supported. I have never had such a thorough and effective experience with a coach/teacher. I feel like she steps into my world and explores it with me so I am not alone. The insight I gained from our sessions stays with me and continues to reveal more. I have had several positive life changes that I attribute directly to the work we did together. Deborah has been the brightest light in my life, helping me work through mental limitations and barriers to reach levels of understanding and joy that I never experienced before. I admire her in many ways, particularly her intuitive wisdom, which is kind, gentle and penetrating. She is able to reveal the truth in every situation in a way that can be understood. Deborah is truly a one of a kind person, a gift to this earth. I have many times referred to her as the mother of all mankind, because I see her care for every person as if she could be their own mother. Over the time of working with Deborah I have grown so much. I actually feel like a new person in many aspects of my life. I am so grateful for the growth and love I have learned to cultivate through her help. No other help I have sought in my life has touched me this deeply at all. In fact, like many people, I had been searching and searching for years to find someone who could help me get through my challenges in life that were so deeply seeded (as is the case for many of us) that I was not aware of them. Nothing ever touched me in a way that could help me heal until I worked with Deborah and I am so lucky for that.
I recently had the privilege of working alongside my mother in a teaching session with Deborah. My mother and I needed help resolving and working through some long standing and challenging emotional and relationship issues. Immediately upon beginning our session and being together with Deb I felt calm and safe, something I noticed significantly because there had previously been so much stress and tension.
I literally have never in my life, with all of the extensive personal help I have sought for 25 years, worked with someone who was anywhere near as present and caring with me and my issues as Deborah is. She is so helpful because she has an amazing quality of loving the people she is working with in an attentive and focused way that makes one feel that they are heard, cared about, and safe. I feel guided by her in these teaching sessions by her palpable care. The difference between before the session and during/after, is that during and after the session I feel a source of strength in myself that I can get past problems that seemed so burdensome before. The best part is that this confidence stays with me after the session and I notice and feel true lasting change. Literally, many of the issues with my mother are no longer there. We have pushed past years-old walls that we didn't have the awareness enough to get past.
Deborah has a truly incredible way of intuiting what the perfect step is to help a person in that moment. I am not exaggerating when I say that the love I have felt from her has made me feel like I can get through whatever challenges I face. I know I am safe in the world because I know that even when we are not physically together, she is there as a source of love that reminds me I am ok. This is why I find her work invaluable. It has changed my life forever. Everyone deserves to know that their problems can be looked at in a different way and that they can get through whatever they are struggling with. Sometimes we can't see this when we are in a challenge. Deborah is a special kind of teacher with a high level of awareness in which she does see how we can get past our struggles and find freedom and love on the other side, and she will guide you through that.
Sometimes we hear wisdom from a teacher that we know is helpful and true, but we have a hard time feeling it resonating for us inside of ourselves as something that we can feel. This is where Deborah and her work is so unique. Where before I did not know how to get to the truth in order to free myself, her teaching comes straight to my heart and I can connect to the words she is saying because she is present with me. I truly cannot recommend her enough. This especially applies in healing with a family member. Family issues can feel impossible for us to solve on our own. In all of my family's pursuits we had never had any lasting change happen. Now after working with Deborah, I have healed with each of my family members in ways that my family and I can only relate to as miracles, because that is truly how it feels.

Deborah is an invaluable spiritual advisor in my life. Her intuitive guidance has helped me avoid potential problems in my life and instead have clarity and solutions in a way I could not have found on my own.
She has an ability to see crystal clear and break down in a simple way where the solution is for you and how to resolve problems you might think you can’t fix. So much relief of stress in my life from working with her.
I don't know where I would be without her ability to know where my problems lie when I cannot see clearly. She has an ability to tune into the person she is working with and with empathy know how to be there for them and help them navigate back to the right path in their life. I can't put a price on the way this has transformed my life.
