We were planning a big "0" birthday party for my husband at our new house in Palm Springs, and were looking for help. Hosting 60 people at our house is not something we were used to.
Bianca helped by reserving the tables and chairs, planning the menu, obtaining some help for serving and bartending, as well as making sure there was plenty of delicious for for all.
Everything tasted wonderful, from the specialty appetizers I asked for, to the wonderful birthday cake.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the compliments I received from our guests, to the fun my husband had, and the relaxing and socializing I could enjoy!

Bianca De Vries managed my vacation rentals in San Francisco for several years. She maintained the apartments, did money management , did reservations and greeted all incoming guests.
During the period of time Bianca managed my units my rental occupancy , income and repeat visitors increased by an astounding 45%. She continually kept in contact with all clients and vendors which enabled me to have a five star rating on various websites and got me amazing response from my vendors. Her bookkeeping and records were impeccable and when I had an issue unrelated to her responsibilities that required I produce records she had everything in exemplary order.
The only negative I can say about Ms. De Vries is that she relocated away from me and I do not have the luxury of using her outstanding services.
I have told several associates who are using her in her new location " you are lucky to have her working for you"

Bianca (Chef B) has prepared and produced a number of catering events for me from intimate luncheons for eight to receptions for 300. She's extremely creative though with the simplicity of home cooking. The flavors are creative and layered. The tastes are amazing. The variety breathtaking along with the displays and colors. As a guest you often feel like you've been invited to royalty when you see the display and food. There's more then enough food and everyone seems to want seconds.
