Another case where the second cleaning didn't live up to the first. So, first the good. The kitchen was cleaned fairly well, with the exception of one or two spots on the kitchen island that could have used a better scrub. The bathrooms are spotless. Bedrooms dusted and vacuumed. Windows washed as requested. So, that's the good. The bad? They didn't clean up the floor cleaner properly, and the apartment was a smudgy, streaky mess within 30 minutes of coming home. Looks significantly worse than BEFORE the cleaning. Our area rug? Not vacuumed properly, dirt and dust visible at a glance. The oven and refrigerator service that I was uncharged for? Just not done. Plain and simple, wasn't touched. End tabled and coffee tables? Not wiped down properly. Did I get my money's worth for a nearly $300 cleaning? Absolutely not.Mar 25, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once you reach out to us we'd show you options of type of cleaning and tailor it to you. We'll ask some questions to make sure things get done right. Once scheduled, your team will visit you and confirm the booking and get to work. Our office will reach out to make sure everything was done just as discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We've been in the service industry helping people for past 8 years. Happy customer is our #1 priority. Our cleaners have years of experience in commercial and residential cleaning as well as hotel industry. Proper training renders us ready for any situation and occasion.
