- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our sessions starts at $250 for up to 6 people and each additional person is $10 a head. This will include a minimum of 30 images (of course, more for larger groups), an online file that can be downloaded to your computer and a print release. I do require a retainer of $80 for family sessions. If it should rain, we will try and get your session in before you leave town. If that is not possible, your retainer will be refunded to you. Our weddings start at $400 an hour, a minimum of 60 images per hour, an online file that can be downloaded to your computer and a print release. Weddings require 1/2 of the fee as a retainer with the balance due at the wedding before the photographer starts and a signed contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients email or call for an appointment. I reply ASAP and start the communication process. I will go over the details of our different packages and help pick whichever is best for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mainly self taught, although, my Dad was a photographer and as far as I can remember, I've always had a camera in my hand. I have studied photography for many years and have taken a class in photography.
