Duct cleaning
Deep cleaning sensitizer
So often you have technicians from a company come to your house that have no meaningful knowledge or understanding of the very thing they are trying to do. I have a few issues with my HVAC system and he pretty much hit on every issue I had without even needing to look at at it. He know the style of house and the way the duct work that was installed when the house was built in the 50's and the more updated system retrofitted on top of the existing duct work. So often I find myself falling into the pit of price, price, price and while the work completed was not terribly complicated or lengthy, his depth of knowledge was worth every penny. He certainly gave me a plan of attack and some advice going forward. He laid to rest my concerns and actually advised me of the things I DID NOT need with a few photographs of my duct work. I did purchase a reusable filter and a sanitation add on when he came to my house. Could I have found the filter a little cheaper....probably. Did i really need my duct works sanitized....who knows. I felt the pricing was fair, the advice was solid, the knowledge was deep, and everyone is entitled to make a living. All and all I spent about $500 with them and have 0 regrets. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

Best thing I've done in a long time! My house had a terrible smell every time I would turn on the furnace.
They cleaned out my air ducts and dryer vents in under an hour. These guys are efficient, respectful, and professional. My house really needed it and I can finally breathe again!
