- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a consultation with the potential client. After determining a proposed course of action a proposed contract is prepared and delivered to the client. Once a contract is signed (a State of Colorado legal requirement) work commences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After ten years as a State Legislator researching state and federal laws, taking testimony from hundreds of witnesses and presenting before the General Court and State Senate I attended classes at the Private Investigators Academy of the Rockies. Following that I applied for and received a Colorado Private Investigation license.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have successfully investigated divorce and child custody, insurance fraud, workers comp, landlord / tenant, missing person, background investigations, small claims and other types of cases.
