Introduction: I pride myself in my work, and my attention to detail.. I'm my own worst critic.. Meaning, I accept nothing less than perfect.. I was very fortunate to have had the teachers I've had. I've been a general contractor, nearly 20 years. I don't like to limit myself, and say I only do this, or that.. I do everything, right from the ground up!!

As an architect new to the area I was a little apprehensive to use thumbtack to find a builder but the folks at Ken G. could not have made the process easier.
The were prompt, had good communication and did great work at a reasonable price. They also seemed to care which is a rare trait in our industry.
They replaced a sagging center beam in my basement, built a new steel column on a concrete footing & threw in some niceties like bracing my floor joists, added additional support columns at existing locations and even took care of some loose floorboards which had nothing to do with the work at hand.
I would not only recommend them to you, but I would recommend them to my own clients.

I needed a shower surround replacement at one of my apartments. Ken was quick with a proposal and quote for three options on materials, he offered a fair price and finished the job neatly and professionally. I'd definitely hire Ken again.
