- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Per dog - Private session is $50, $190 for 4 sessions, $280 for 6 sessions, $180 for group 6 week session (once a week training). $225 for Board and Train (Bootcamp) - minimum of 5 days, Daycare (improve a skill) is $225 for 5 one hour sessions or 10 thirty minute sessions. Also recommend an introduction/socialization 1/2 day evaluation (minimum) at no charge if you are a new client to Puppy Tubs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally ask about the pup's environment and how they interact with him/her in different situations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
interned with a training group and trained my 6 year old dog for therapy, service, general to advanced obedience and agility.
