- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a Realtor, the first step in working with a new customer/client would be to talk either by phone or meet in person and go over what their needs are. Are they looking to buy or sell? What is the time frame and set up a plan of action accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an active Real Estate license and take 36 hours of continuing education every 4 years. I have held this license for 14 years. I am also a certified BPO specialist which provides broker price opinions to asset managers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Family is most important to me. I got into real estate so that I could not only have a rewarding career but also be flexible with my kids and their activities. It is such a rewarding career helping other families find that perfect home for their family as well.
