- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. No jobs are equal. We believe that if we offer customers a standard pricing we would jeopardize one of our biggest differential, that is actually the flexibility we have when the customer chooses the area, frequency and level of services that suit their needs best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the customer's concerns and requests and offer them a specific cleaning plan, based on the place's size, the number of people living or working at, the presence of pets and the owner's schedule..
