Hal remodeled our kitchen and bedroom. I had a wonderful experience with Hal. He is knowledgeable, professional and with excellent craftsmanship. Creative Home Transformations, and Hal Whittemore, acted as general contractor on a complete remodel (to flip the house) we did in Denver in 2015. CHT stuck to the budget, did quality work, and completed an attractive remodel which we sold prior to the open house.

We had Creative Home Transformation install a patio, tear down and rebuild our deck and reside our house. Through the whole job Hal was available to answer questions and he addressed all of our concerns. The patio and deck look amazing and with the siding our house looks brand new. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I do is speak with my customers on what their needs are. After that, I schedule a time to meet with them to see the scope of work that is needed. I supply references for them to hear from previous client's experience when working with me. If estimates are desired, I work with them on their budget and design ideas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience with remodels, additions,and new home construction. Won the Parade of Homes for a LEED Certified Home that I constructed in 2011. Hold my Contractors's License in Colorado and am obtaining my Florida Contractor's License.
