She didn't show up to work! Her last name is Shouse, not Henderson. She said she quit working for Thumbtack on or about 10 Feb 16. Asked Thumbtack Customer Support about it, and was told her account was still active. Melanie says she does'nt have her own cleaning equipment. Really bizarre!
