I flip houses in Phoenix and Tim has always been my go-to HVAC guy. I always have him inspect the HVAC units for houses I buy and have him make any necessary repairs. I trust his professional opinion, and appreciate that he always has solutions to my problems. I've referred him to others who I know feel the same, as well.

My heater was not working. Climate Advisers found the problem quickly and repaired it right away.

Tim, the tech, was very courteous and professional. His prices are much lower than other companies because he doesn't have any overhead expenses.
