FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since moving to northern California, I have had to raise my rates considerably to keep up with the cost of living here. I'm not the cheapest price around, but having me on a project can generally save money but not taking detours that lead to disaster, and anticipating problem areas to begin with. Also because I can combine many areas of production (i.e. Videography, editing, Directing, audio engineering.) I can save money by keeping everything "in house".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre-production is crucial to every project, no matter how big or small. Even the slightest bit of planning can help make the project run smoother and cost less. After the "Pre-pro" we can plan the crew, the shoot, and the editing.
