- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I attempt to charge fair pricing, usually by the hour, rather than the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The farther in advance you book me for your event, the better I have a chance to get to know you and what your needs are. Although I do not own a limousine, I may be willing to rent a car that suits your purpose for the day of your event, appointment, etc. We are free to chat here or you may call me by phone with any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Good question. My background ironically is in psychology, and that lead me to have a long career in customer service. My driving history, averages to be good, with very few tickets and accidents overall.
