- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is truly subjective and determined by the factors of the project. Epic Home Improvement offers competitive rates as compared to our professional competition in the market place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Epic Home Improvement starts by having a conversation with a customer, usually on the phone, to determine the scope of a project and to answer any initial concerns a customer may have. If necessary, we will travel to a customer's home or business to assess in person the details of a project. We then send an emailed quote detailing our costs and deposit if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has a variety of background experience and training in multiple areas. From working professionally in a door or cabinet shop to being an apprentice plumber or electrician. We have experienced staff for almost any project at hand.
