- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well I give my clients a choice of what they want,a select tow sacrifice one, example: you got three choices. Fast - Quality- Cheap! Pick two sacrifice one, if you want Fast & Quality, you sacrifice cheap, @ if you want cheap & quality, you sacrifice fast... And so on...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like meeting a new family member for the first time, cause I'm expecting a long good relationship, with the customer do to our integrity,& good work..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's been in our family for generations we are third generation handy men!!
