- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate per client and have a small travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I like to ask just as many questions as I encourage the client to so that I can give the client exactly what they are looking for and more. Also pictures help very much to ensure there is no miscommunication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed cosmetologist I have continued my education consistently over the last 10 years. I am always learning and taking classes on bridal styling, blowouts, updos and custom hair styling.
