- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of pricing options for our meal-prep delivery service. Most of our meals are priced between $8 - $11 for "Lunch" portions and +$3 for "Dinner" portions. Lunch portions include 4oz protein, 6oz sides and 8oz of base /carbs. Dinner portions include 6oz protein, 10oz sides, and 10oz base /carbs. We also offer a la carte options for ordering individual sides, based and proteins. We deliver up to a radius 20-mile radius from 19104. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We determine any dietary restrictions and specific diets and try to accommodate those needs within our weekly menu. We direct our new customers to our website where they are able to clearly identify key ingredients in every dish in order to select best options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Chris completed his Bachelors of Science at Drexel University with a concentration in Culinary Arts and minor and Entrepreneurship. His wife and business partner Leigh-Ann completed her Bachelors of Science from Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Nutritional Sciences. Leigh-Ann is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Health from Arcadia University. Chris is currently a certified ServSafe Manager, Proctor, and Instructor. ServSafe is nationally recognized Food Safety and Sanitation course accepted throughout Pennsylvania for food operators.
