- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fairly straight forward, I have a few fees here and there for holidays/early morning walks but that’s it. Payments are all handled through a 3rd party scheduling service, very hands off and easy to use
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let’s discuss scheduling and any other questions/concerns then we can set up a meet and greet with your pup to cover all the detail and give us a chance to get to know each other. After that it’s a simple matter of paperwork and we’re ready to walk!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been walking dogs professionally for over 6 years... it may seem like a simple job (it is!), but we’re dealing with a member of the family and experience counts, hire someone you can trust!
