Hubby and I had to take a trip out to Chicago and didn't know what to do with our new cat Axle! Axle was found on the streets, in a car engine, trying to stay warm and we had just adopted her a few months prior. I contacted Diana and Citizen K9 last-minute, in a bit of a panic because I was uneasy of leaving Axle alone and with a stranger.
Diana was a Godsend. She asked me questions beforehand that I didn't even think about bringing up, like if Axle was an independent or needy cat. She really knows her stuff. She sent me a picture of Axle while we were gone, which really put me at ease. Everything went smoothly and we were beyond satisfied with the service.

Diana is a wonderful person and very professional. She loves pets and sent us an email at the end of the visit to let us know everything went well. I've hired her twice now and both experiences were great. We have a tortoise, which is not your standard pet-sitting assignment, and she listened to my instructions, verified she heard me correctly and even remembered where we keep everything for the second visit. She also loves hearing our stories about our pets. I'm so glad we found her ad!

Citizen K9 did a great job taking care of my little pug Pede. Upon my first meeting with Diana I knew it would be a great fit. We arranged her to come to our home while we were out of town and not only did she take good care of my prized possession but the house felt as if I never left!

Diana was excellent! I sent an email requesting more info on her website and in less than 24 hours she contacted me to setup a time to meet. When we met she was through and took notes about all the needs I had for my cat. She sent me pictures during my trip to help me feel more comfortable and kept me in the loop! This was my first time using an in-home pet care service and I highly recommend it. My cat didn't have to suffer through the stress of traveling, a new place and other animals. Diana was professional and I felt completely comfortable having her take care of my cat.
