While I was not able to hire Troy for our simple event since the attendees were mostly non-drinkers. It's evident Troy is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely hire him for future events. He was very prompt and professional in his replies and I look forward to working with him in the near future.

We hired Troy for a private Open House party. He came prepared & on time and was both personable and professional the entire evening. Our friend helped cater the event, and he volunteered to assist her with serving, engaging guests in conversation and even helped her clean up! Having been a bartender, he has a wonderful demeanor and is so easy to talk to. He is also knowledgeable about wines, craft beers and previously unheard of cocktails. We would not hesitate to either hire him again, or recommend him to anyone looking for the types of services he offers.

Troy was great and a HUGE hit with the guest! We worked together on a drink menu and agreed ahead of time on grocery items and price. He arrived on time, was prepared for some fave request and his personal, Arizona rose was so well liked, a request for a pitcher be made.
Troy handled our group of 20 like a pro! During down time he prepped, loaded dishwasher, washed and dried glasses and was an impromptu photog!
Having Troy allowed us to visit and enjoy our guest, who themselves thought, what a GREAT idea!
We would certainly hire again! Thank you Troy!!!!

Troy was great! We hired him for a medium sized birthday party of 20-30 guests. Everybody loved him, he served delicious drinks and held great conversation. Definitely will be contacting him again for jobs like this one and recommend him highly.
