- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In regards to pricing, we are flexible based on the customer needs and the needs of job. We will work with the customer to provide them the best and most cost effective option. We can price jobs either on an hourly basis or a flat rate fee for the entire job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Movers 4 Phoenix, we like to begin with a phone call to introduce ourselves to the customer and to better understand their moving needs. Once that is complete, we assign the appropriate crew to the job. Before the move date, we send the customer an "Order of Service" form outlining all of the customer information, the details of our estimated cost and any notes from our booking conversation. Next we contact the customer a couple days before the scheduled move date to confirm all final details. In addition, the crew contacts the customer the day of the move to give them their arrival time. Finally, after the move is successfully completed, we follow up with the customer for any feedback or review of our services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We service all types of residential moves, anything from a mansion in Scottsdale to a studio apartment in Tempe. No job is too big or small for Movers 4 Phoenix. We appreciate and treat all of our customers and their belongings with the out most respect and consideration
