We were lucky to find Corey when we were looking for a home to rent. We knew what we needed and wanted in a home and had a specific budget. It was not an easy task for Corey to locate and send us possible rental properties but he did it and was so understanding and helpful. It took several viewings and weeks to find exactly what we wanted and Corey was very knowledgable and quick to complete all the paper work so we would not lose the opportunity to rent the property. Homes were being rented very quickly. He was great with following up. We are so grateful for all of his help and look forward to working with him when we are ready to purchase a new home.

So Corey definitely exceeded our expections. My wife and I were a little hesitant at first but gave him a shot and it really paid off. Out of all the houses we were shown he was able to get us into our favorite and within our budget. Also he told us he was available 24/7 and he was not joking. A few times we called up LATE in the evening to the point where I almost felt bad for calling and he stayed on the phone with us for an hour (this was more than once by the way) to explain everything. I could prolly be a realtor now after listening to him. Also he did negotiate well for us and also got $5700 in closing costs taken care of. He's the real deal.
