From the get-go, this went well. Bob acknowledged and prepped for my software problem in advance, he was on time, he was professional, he was super knowledgeable, accurate, and efficient, and he was Successful! He even checked in post job just to check and make sure things were still good. Plus, between contact time and job completion, this was SOOO much faster than dropping off at a store somewhere, and cheaper too. I'd hire him again in a second.
