- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have found Thumbtack users, typically, are looking for a fixed rate. Which we are willing to do, providing the customer, is willing to give us more information than what is provided on Thumbtack. ** Please feel free to give us a call. Thank you! **
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, our primary business is through referrals. Repeat customers, clients or someone we've worked with in the past, that referred a new customer to us. When they call the office, we simply ask what specific needs they may have, storage, time frame of move and then set up a time to meet with the client at their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Paul, has been in the moving industry since 1999. Started on trucks as a mover, worked his way up into management within 2 months. Then worked and managed with two companies before starting Phoenician Estates in 2008. He personally, has packed loaded and moved 100's of trucks and homes in his career. He personally trains and oversees the daily operations of his company and employees. Being a former military man he is a perfectionist and meticulous, handles situations with a no nonsense approach. He takes the handling and moving of his customers belongings very seriously, which will be seen through the entire move.
