- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normal pricing for the 37 passenger luxury bus (pictured) is $375 for the first 3 hours, then $90 for each additional hour. However, we are usually able to offer deeper discounts Monday through Thursday and sometimes on the weekends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally require a 50% down payment upfront. A customer can normally get a refund within 24 hours of making his/her reservation as long as the reservation is made at least one week prior to the event. Upon request, we can provide references and can usually meet with a new customer in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our drivers have many years of experience, Commercial Driver's Licenses, DOT physicals, annual drug testing, and background checks. The owner has a Bachelors & Master's Degree in Management and 25 years of transportation experience. He flew KC-135 aircraft in the Air Force and served as the Deputy Director of Support and as the Installation Director of Safety for two major installations affecting 72,000 personnel.
