This depends on the amount of people, type of bartending/serving, and hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk on the phone and/or skype so the client gets a good idea of who I am. I have no problem meeting in person after a phone interview.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a total of 11 years of restaurant work, 8 years of catering, and 8 years of bartending experience.
