- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all pricings are based on the job we do not have hourly rates it all depends on a job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the process is the technician comes to your house diagnosis the problem tells you what needs to be replaced after that we give you the quote if you like the quote usually we carry all Parts with us if we don't carry the parts with us we go ahead and order them from manufacturers but if we have the parts on us we do the repair the same day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this industry for about 7 to 8 years I started working for Whirlpool fixing all of their appliances that were under warranty worked for about 4 years with whirlpool after that I started working for private companies fixing all appliances that were not under warranty
